Materials
Body: AISI-316L
Membrane: EPDM+PTFE or EDPM
The seal materials adhere to the FDA 177.2600 standard. Leveraging proprietary technology, the diaphragm is crafted from a blend of EPDM and PTFE, secured in place with stainless steel bolts. The sealing component that comes into contact with the medium is made of PTFE, which boasts excellent cold resistance, down to -13°F (-25°C), outstanding heat resistance up to 482°F (+250°C), and is resistant to most chemicals. Additionally, it provides superior abrasion resistance against medium flow.
