Stainless steel Welded Y type filter

The stainless steel welded Y-type filter, also known as the observer, can be installed either horizontally or vertically, or in any other configuration. Uses: The sight glass is designed for use in chemical towers where conditions are extreme, featuring high temperatures, strong corrosiveness, potential for poisoning, high risk, and a tendency for crystallization. Its purpose is to ensure safe production under these challenging conditions.

When liquid or gas passes through a filter, and they contain some impurities, the metal mesh within the filter can remove small particulate matter or impurities. Any particulate matter larger than the size of the perforations in the screen mesh is prevented from passing through the specific filter core, and is thus forced to remain behind. Consequently, the liquid or gas released by the sanitary filter is free of contaminants. This process is highly convenient for use and maintenance; if cleaning is required, one simply needs to pull out the ink cartridge and reinsert it into the filter.
