Stainless Steel manual Threaded/Union Ball Valve
Features
The ball valve uses a spherical valve core to control the flow of fluid by rotating. When the hole of the valve core is consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, the fluid can pass; when the valve core is rotated 90 degrees, the fluid flow is blocked.
Threaded/Union Connection:
· Threaded connection: Both ends of the valve are equipped with threads, which can be directly connected to the pipe, making it easy to install and disassemble.
· Union connection: usually uses flange or other connection methods, which is convenient for quick connection and maintenance.
Materials:
· Common materials include stainless steel 304,316L with the choice depending on the applied fluid type and operating conditions.
Applications
Widely used in water treatment, chemical, diary ,beverage and other industries to control the flow of liquids.
Advantages
· Good sealing: The ball valve provides a good seal when closed, reducing leakage.
· Easy to operate: Rotate 90 degrees to fully open or close, easy and quick to operate.
· Durability: Ball valves generally have a long service life and are suitable for high-frequency operations.
When selecting a threaded/union ball valve, ensure it is compatible with your existing piping system and take into account the specific requirements of the application, such as pressure, temperature and fluid type
