Fh01 Series Mix-proof valve Characteristics
At the intersection of flow channels,immiscible media is used for anti mixing separation.In the closedposition of the valve,there is a double seal between the two pipelines,and the phenomenon of liquidleakage from one pipeline to the other can be completely eliminated.When the sealing part is damaged,theleakage can be discharged through the leakage chamber of the valve to the outside,and a separate CIPconnection is used to provide washing solution to the isolation chamber.The cleaning of the isolationchamber is independent of the valve position.
Fh02 Series Double seat mix proof valve
Adopting a single valve disc with two sealing rings technology,it is used for anti mixing separation inpipeline systems.This valve is a more economical choice for a double seat valve.The cavity between thesealing rings on the valve disc is connected to two discharge valves,through which the sealing rings can bedetected for leakage and thecavity can be cleaned.
