Features
Sanitary manual butterfly valve features mirror-polished bore, dead-end free and easy to clean. Tri-clamp quick disassembly design supports CIP/SIP. Made of SS304/316L with lockable handle, ensuring hygiene and operational safety.
Design Features:
- Tri-clamp (quick clamp) connection for tool-free disassembly and cleaning. Supports CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place / Sterilize-in-Place).
- High-grade PTFE/EPDM compound seat. Temperature range: -20°C to 135°C. Non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and bacteria-resistant.
- Handle with open stop and lockable device (typically 4positioning settings or duckbill type handle with 12 -position locking plate) .Allows precise flow control from 0° to 90° by pressing the spring-loaded lever.Ergonomic,anti-slip and self-locking design.
- Operation: 90-degree quick turn. Ergonomic round or three-piece removable handle for smooth, low-torque operation.
