The interior surfaces are meticulously polished to a mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.4μm), creating a hygienic environment that prevents bacterial contamination and ensures a pure, clean fermentation process for your craft beer, wine, or kombucha.

• Heavy-Duty Construction: Reinforced legs with adjustable leveling feet for stability on uneven floors.
• Full Port Access: Side manway doors for easy cleaning (CIP) and maintenance, along with comprehensive fittings including sample valves, bottom discharge valves, and thermometer ports.

While these units are available in standard sizes ranging from 500L to 10,000L, we offer flexible customization for any specific process requirements, including automated touch-screen control systems, dissolved oxygen (DO) sensors, and special valve configurations.
