FLOW series Smart Pneumatic Divert Valve Product Introduction
Specification
Technical Specifications
- Materials: Wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel, while non-wetted parts utilize 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and purity.
- Seal Options: Standard seals are FKM which offer a wide temperature range and excellent chemical resistance. EPDM is also available as an option, suitable for hot water, steam, and various acidic or alkaline environments.
- Seat Types: Available in metal seats (standard, withstanding up to 190°C) and Tri-Ring soft seats (providing tighter shut-off, withstanding up to 137°C - 176°C), ensuring positive shut-off.

Feature
Key Advantages
- High Sanitary Standards: Designed to meet 3-A and EHEDG sanitary standards, the open-yoke structure facilitates easy cleaning, ensuring safe operation in aseptic processes and effectively preventing contamination.
- Precise Flow Control: Combined with a smart positioner, this valve not only provides on/off control but also enables precise proportional modulation. It supports multiple control modes to accurately regulate flow (throttling) or system pressure, minimizing product loss.
- High Pressure Resistance and Modularity: The valve body is machined from solid 316L stainless steel, offering high-pressure resistance. Its highly modular design allows for the combination of 11 standard body types, 12 actuator types, and multiple control heads to meet diverse specifications and process requirements.
