DZ3 Manual Welding Divert Seat Valve For Sanitary Application
Product Description
Designed to improve safety, cleanliness, durability and aesthetics, this sanitary stop/diverter valve features an open bracket construction that isolates the actuator from the valve body, allowing direct inspection of the shaft seal. Its design ensures that the valve's transmission device is separated from the components that contact the product, thereby effectively preventing the heat of the valve body from being transferred to the pneumatic device and ensuring product safety and quality.
The valve has "normally closed" (NC) and "normally open" (NO) functions and can be quickly interchanged to meet different process needs. The spherical valve body design provides optimal flow characteristics and a gentler cleaning effect during material handling, reducing damage to the product.
The standard valve design is highly flexible and supports a variety of connection options to accommodate different installation needs. The use of metal stoppers not only extends seal life, but also simplifies assembly and maintenance procedures, making operation more convenient. Overall, this valve performs well in terms of hygiene, efficiency and ease of maintenance, and is suitable for industries with extremely high hygiene requirements such as food and pharmaceuticals.
