Features
Conflat flanges in a wide range of sizes from 1.33” to 16.5” in both rotatable and non-rotatable versions. All CF flanges are compatible with other manufacturers' standards and are available in SS304L material as standard, with an option for high-grade SS 316LN ESR. CF flanges utilize an OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) copper gasket for effective seal up to 1x10-10 Torr. Moreover, the copper gasket can sustain a temperature of up to 450°C, but reuse of copper gaskets is not recommended.For transition from UHV to HV also offers a complete range of adaptors for CF flange to KF or ISO flange.
